Aegirine Meaning

Aegirine is a sodium iron silicate mineral and it forms in columnar prismatic crystals that are sometimes pointed or have vertical striations. It is dark in color and appears black, greenish-black, or brownish-black. It encourages those who use it to let their inner light shine even in the darkest of places. Like Shungite or Black Tourmaline, it is said to block ELFs (extremely low electromagnetic waves) created by computers and other electronics.

Due to the nature of our products each piece is unique and therefore varies in shape and size. Our sizing of the stones is a close approximation.

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all domestic orders $75 and over. We also offer international shipping.

International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in shipping and handling fees from Almanac Supply Co. and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Please note that all orders will take 1-2 business days to process prior to shipping from our Chattanooga, TN location. Local customers can choose to pick up their order, usually ready in 24 hours, from our Frazier Ave. store at checkout.
