Tourmaline is the name of a large group of boron silicate minerals. All members of this crystal family share a common crystal structure and similar physical properties, but they vary widely in chemical composition and energetic qualities. Their chemical composition determines their color and thus the family is a rainbow of shades from yellow, green, blue, pink, red, and black, to "watermelon" with its pink center and green "rind." They can be used for protection, healing, love, vitality, confidence, and more!
