This print features Almanac's home of Chattanooga, a beautiful city on the Tennessee River nestled among the Appalachian Mountains. The city grid lies at the center of the map-drawing, with Walden's Ridge to the north, Missionary Ridge hemming in on the east, Lookout Mountain in the southwest corner and Raccoon Mountain tying down the northwest corner.

The print is designed by Kirsten Sparenborg, founder of a one-woman studio alongside her practice as an architect and urban designer in Savannah, Georgia. Her hand-drawn map lines are turned white over her "Urban Fabric” painting - a layering of many hand-painted and drawn marks in watercolor, handmade pigment and ink. 

Printed on matte coated archival paper that easily fits into a frame of the same dimensions.
