If you need to cancel, let us know 24 hours before your scheduled time at events@almanacsupplyco.com and we'll issue a full refund.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are nonrefundable.

Need to move things around? We'll do our best to help!

For experiences with multiple available dates or times, you can request to move your booking up to 24 hours before your scheduled start time, subject to availability. Your payment will transfer to your new booking. We ask that bookings be rescheduled no more than once.

Some of our classes, workshops, and special events are one-time experiences without an alternate date. In those cases, rescheduling may not be possible. If you can't attend, our regular cancellation policy applies.

With less than 24 hours' notice, bookings can no longer be moved.

If you don't show up for your reservation, your booking is nonrefundable and cannot be transferred or rescheduled.

We'll miss you! But your spot was held just for you, and that may mean someone else wasn't able to join us.

It happens! If you’re running a few minutes behind, come on in and we’ll get you settled as quickly as we can.

If you arrive within 10 minutes of your start time, we’ll do our best to give you the full experience, but we may need to shorten things a bit to stay on schedule.

If you arrive 15 minutes or more after your scheduled start time, we may not have enough time left to safely or reasonably complete your experience. In that case, your reservation may be considered a no-show and we may not be able to offer a refund or reschedule. We also reserve the right to not let you join in if it will cause issues for other participants.

If Almanac Supply Co. needs to cancel your booking, you’ll always have the choice to move your reservation to another available date or receive a full refund.

Sometimes! Select classes and workshops require a minimum number of participants to make the experience worthwhile. If a class doesn’t meet its minimum, we may choose to cancel or reschedule it. If that happens, we’ll let you know as soon as possible and you’ll have the option to transfer your registration to another available date or receive a full refund.
